Hello, Would you like to learn to be an Intuitive Eater? Intuitive Eating is about getting out of the dieting culture and the endless cycle of restriction followed by overeating. It is about making peace with food and your body.
It is quite possible to become that person who is satisfied with just 2 squares of chocolate or a few crisps, to trust your body, to stop fighting against it, to find harmony, serenity and pleasure. Restricting food and binging can be in the past.
These English language group workshops will take place online every two weeks on Saturday mornings from 9.30am to 11.30am. It is a set of 10 workshops.
Groups need a minimum of 5 people and start on 11th June 2022.
Intuitive Eating, as developed by renowned dieticians Elyse Resch and Evelyn Tribole, is supported by more than 125 studies that confirm its benefits.
I am the only person in Wallonia to have followed the official training course and classes were given by Evelyn herself.
Over the weeks you will learn the 10 principles of the process:
1. Reject the diet mentality
2. Honour your hunger
3. Make peace with food
4. Resisting the "Food Police
5. Discovering the satisfaction factor
6. Rediscovering satiety
7. Managing emotions with kindness
8. Respecting your body
9. Movement - feel the difference
10. Honour your health with gentle nutrition.
Doing this work in a group allows you to find support, understanding, compassion, inspiration from like-minded people and to talk about things you may not have thought of. But maybe groups aren’t your thing, in that case please get in touch so we can discuss private coaching.
